Section 1, Orders and Shipments
1.1. To place an order you must provide valid informations such as name, e-mail address, shipping and billing address.
1.2. Because we currently only ship to the United Kingdom, your shipping address must be in the UK.
1.3. Every order will be shipped with tracking information provided by Royal Mail, therefore they will have to collect your signature in order for you to receive your item. We may use this information as proof of delivery.
Section 2, Support request
2.1. Purchasing any product using our website will entitle you to open a support ticket, if you are experiencing with an issue or if you have any question about the product or our service.
2.2. Your message must not be insulting, vulgar or violent.
2.3. While we aim to respond to your support ticket within hours, please allow us at least 2 working days.
Section 3, Money back quarantee&refund
3.1. If you are not happy with the product for example, it's too small, too big you may send it back to us within 30 days after the purchase date. (not the arrival date.)
3.2. The item must be in the same unused condition as we have sent it to you.
3.3. All the items are checked to make sure it's not damaged or mismanufactured before we send it to you, however if you have a reason to believe that we have made a mistake with your item, please open support request and include a photo.
3.4. In any case you would like to return the item and get a refund, please contact Support.
Section 4, Other General Rules
4.2. You may not access our website or use our service if you do not agree with any of the terms above.
